  3. Once the onions are done add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, asafoetida and garam masala. Saute them on low flame.
  4. Now mix in the cooked rice into this masala. Keep on mixing the rice slowly and continue cooking on low flame. Add salt and mix at this point.
  5. Finally add chopped coriander leaves and mint leaves.
