  3. Wash and rinse the spinach leaves and finely chop them and keep aside.
  4. Take a pan and add ghee
    Now add cumin seeds
    When they splutter add chopped onions and sauté
    Add ginger paste and sauté till raw smell goes
  5. Add masalas and stir
    Add chopped tomato and sauté till it’s mushy nicely
    Now add the chopped palak leaves and let them cook for 2-3 minutes only.
    Once they are cooked add boiled dal to it
  6. Stir and mix well. Simmer for a few minutes and remove from flame.
    Sprinkle little garam masala over it and serve hot
