- 2 chopped green chillies

- For Mayo dip:
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sweet ketchup

- Mix all ingredients except cornflour slury and bread crumbs.

- Heat oil in sauce pan to shallow fry. Make oval shaped cutlets

- Coat in cornflour slury

- Now coat in bread crumbs all over


- Continue with all cutlets. Roast well on one side then flip

- Now flip all

- Roast well on the other side too
