- Knead wheat flour to a soft dough adding salt and kalonji...Add little by little water and knead te the soft dough and kee to rest for 20 min
- Heat oil add rai. When crackles add green chilli and ginger paste.add chopped onions.saute them and then add crumbled or grated paneer.Add kitchen king masala and salt as per need.mix nicely and off the flame..bhujji doesnot needs too much of cooking.ur stuffing is ready

- Now take small portion of dough.Roll it to small puri. Put the bhujji in middle and cover it from all sides gently.roll it to thick partha.
