- Apply butter and coriander-mint chutney on all the bread slices.
- Now Take a spoonful of the topping and spread it evenly on one side of the bread slice with a spoon.and cover them with the remaining slice.Now Apply a little butter on outer sides of the sandwiches
- Now Grease a sandwich toaster with butter or oil or ghee, place a sandwich in it, close and cook on medium heat, turning sides till both sides are golden.
