- 1 cup Boiled chick peas
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1-2 green chilli (optional)
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic (paste or finely chopped)
- 2 Tomatoes (puréed or finely chopped)
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- salt as per taste
- 1 tsp Ciba kitchen king masala
- 1 tsp ghee
Instructions to make Palak chana
- Take ghee in a pan
Add whole cumin seeds
Add chopped onions
And ginger garlic paste
Saute for sometime - Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and coriander powder, salt and sauté
