  2. Then take a pan add refined oil put Jeera here then Tejpatta, then add chopped onions and garlic then add crushed ginger in few amounts. Then put mashed potatoes with all spices.

  4. Then kofta is ready. The spinach is boiled upto five minutes in a container. Then sieve carefully and grind well. Then take a pan put oil, then add jeera, red chilli, Tejpatta, all chopped onions, ginger, garlic and tomato. Add few amount of spices then cooked upto five minutes.
  5. After cooking this mixture should be cool in the room temperature up to fifteen minutes then take a mixture jar and grind carefully. After then take a kadai add pinch of oil just pinch of Jeera, then insert this grinded masalas. Upto three minutes of cooking add this grinded Palak or spinach. Add one and half spoon of salt and one spoon of garam masalas. After ten minutes of cooking switch of the gas flame and serve with aaloo kofta.
