Steps to make Masala Pav
- Heat oil. Put ginger garlic chilli paste.
- Add finely chopped onions. Saute and cook till onions are tender.
- Add tomato puree.
Add all dry masala. Mix well and cook for a min. - Add 1 cup of water. Let it boil. Now cut 2 halves of buns.
- Dip in masala gravy. Mix gently so that all masala should coat on buns.
- Take out in serving dish and garnish with onions and coriander.
