- Once browning, pool garlic, ginger, and other spices in 1 TBSP oil. Fry through 3-5 mins on med heat



- Add 1 can diced tomatoes. Add 1 pinch kosher salt (optional)


- Add spinach and chickpeas. Can double chickpeas if desired. Shown with 28 oz can rather than 14oz


- Cook until mist moisture is dissipated

- Add 8-10 oz half and half with 1.5 tsp garam masala. Cook until thick.
