Instructions to make Kurkuri bhindi

  1. Cut off the head and tip of the bhindi.
  2. Cut into four halves length wise deseed the bhindi.
  3. Thinly slice into Julienne add red chilli powder,garam masala,jeera powder, coriander powder,black salt,salt,besan-4tbsp rice flour mix and coat well add 1 tsp water mix and coat well.
  4. Fry on high heat until crisp and golden brown.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and stir fry the onions until golden brown add ginger garlic paste saute for 2 minutes add chopped tomatoes, salt cook until tomatoes are mushy.
  6. Now add all masala and mix well add 2tbsp curd stir continuously cook for 3-4minutes.
  7. Pour the gravy in a serving dish and serve with kurkuri bhindi.
