  1. Together all ingredients,wash & chopped onion, spinach, garlic,tomato,capsicum,coriander, green garlic.Heat a pan add oil,cumin seeds.
  2. Add onion,sauté for 1 minute,add capsicum,stir it,now add tomato,add 1/2 cup water.saute cook 2 minutes,
  3. Now add saffola oats mix well add water,let it boil.cook for 3 minutes.spirankle coriander,decorate with boiled mutter & tomato sauce.serve hot.
  4. Serve immediately.
