  3. In a pressure cooker, add oil.

  6. Now add chopped spinach, tomatoes, green chillies, soaked dal, salt and water. Cover and cook for 4-5 whistles.
  7. Let the cooker cool down. Check if dal is cooked properly.
  8. Now with wooden hand whisk, just blend in the dal and sabji properly. Dont use electric hand blender. We need coarse mixed dal.
  9. Serve hot with rice or roti.
