- Cook chola for 7 whistle in a pressure cooker.with turmeric and salt.

- Meanwhile knead the maida with curd and salt keep for 2 to 3 hours



- Mix all the dryspecies (coriander,turmeric,black pepper,cholamasala, jeera powder, sauf powder) in a bowl add little bit water


- Take pan add tablespoon oil add dal chinni powder and 2 cardomon, jeera and then onion paste,cook it till it's colur changes to Brown now add ginger,garlicand.green chilli paste, add species paste and for 2 minutes,then add tomato pyuri,keep a lid to cook the pyuri.



- When the gravy has cook properly.then add kasuri methi and dry mango powder and add chola with water in which they cooked in pressure cook.


- Take pressure cooker add butter,add asafoetide graded ginger add pour the chole with gravy.cook for 1 whistle.chole is ready.add 1/2 tablespoon of soda powder.



- Make dough of maida and flatten it and deep fry in oil


- Chole bhatture is ready.
