- 1 tsp Chopped garlic
- 1 Finely chopped onion medium sized
- 2 Finely chopped tomatoes medium sized
- 2 tsp Red chilli Sauce
- 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup
- 1 tsp Chilli powder
- 1 pinch Garam Masala
- as required Required salt
- for For garnishing
- 50 grams Paneer (Optional)
- 1 tbsp Butter-1tbsp
- some black olives(Pitted)
- some coriander leaves to garnish
Instructions to make Indian spicy macaroni/ Pasta
- Boiling Macaroni/ Pasta: Boil the water. And when it starts boiling add salt and oil. Let it boil for 1 min and add macaroni and cook. Once it's completely cooked,strain excess water and Keep aside.
- Meanwhile Heat up a pan, add in butter and fry paneer(any shape) till golden brown. Once it's done keep aside.
- In the same pan, pour oil in to it.
- Add cumin,once it starts to splutter, add chopped green chillies and saute.
- Now add chopped garlic and chopped ginger and saute it for a minute.
- Now add chopped onions,cook for 2 mins and add tomatoes.
- Mix well and cook for 2 mins. Add in - Salt,chilli powder, garam masala,ketchup, red chilli Sauce. Mix everything well and cover and cook for 5 mins in a medium low flame.
- Now add in the boiled macaroni/ Pasta and mix well. Cover and cook for 2 more mins.
- Tada ! Done.... Now garnish the spicy macaroni with some coriander leaves, paneer and olives.
- Serve hot !
