- Heat oil in a kadai and put asafoetida, cumin seeds, cloves and mustard in it. When the cumin seeds start to crackle then add all vegetables in it and mix it well. Add all dry spices in it and saute it for few minutes. After few minutes add coriander leaves and mix it well and turn off the gas.
- Half cut the Chapati as shown in the picture. Take a bowl and put 3tbsp maida and water and make a smooth paste. Take a Chapati and apply the maida paste on the corner of Chapati and put the prepared mixture in one side of Chapati and seal the Chapati from both the sides. Now shallow fry the Chapati samosa.
