- Now add spinach paste cook two minutes then add dahi to it add water and adjust consistency.give it nice boil


- Add salt and mix well.here again you can add dry chilli tadka but I prefer like this as it gives perfect flavour of spinach and dahi.tastes yum. serve with stem rice or jeera rice and salad
