  2. 3 tablespoons wheat flour
  3. 1/2 chopped onion
  4. 1/2 chopped tomato
  5. 1/2 chopped greenpepper
  6. 1/2 chopped carrot
  7. 1/2 cup yogart
  8. 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  9. Salt as per taste
  10. 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  11. 1/2 tablespoon Chaat masala
  12. 1/2 tablespoon Garam masala
  13. 1/2 tablespoon chilli powder
  14. 1/2 tablespoon turmeric
  15. 1/2 tablespoon cumin powder

Instructions to make Oats chilla/utappam rolls

  1. Grind the oats in a mixture.
  2. Add 1/2 cup wheat flour in it. Add yougart, 1 tablespoon oil, 2 cups water and mix it well.
  3. Now add all the chopped veggies and spices as per mentioned qty in the mixture.
  4. Take a pan, warm it up on a medium flame.
  5. Spread the oil or butter in a pan.
  6. Pour the batter in a pan so that it spreads in medium round size.
  7. Cook it for 3-4 minutes until it is golden brown. Flip it and cook the other side similarly.
  8. Make a roll. Serve it with Ketchup or Tamarind chutney. 🙂
