  1. First wash all vegetables & finely chopped onion & potatoes & pointed gourd in long sticky shape.
  2. Heat the pan add oil in it when oil is heated add cumin seeds & mustard seeds saute for a minute then add ginger garlic paste & cook.
  3. Add chopped onion cook till golden in colour then add red chilli powder, turmeric powder & corrainder powder mix well.
  4. Add chopped potatoes & pointed gourd mix well add salt then cover the pan for few minutes in low flame.
  5. In between check when it cooks completely garnish with corrainder leaves & serve hot with chapati or poori or paratha.
