- Boil the water adding 1tsp salt, 1 tbsp oil..when the water starts boiling add the noodles and cook for 10 mins..

- Drain the noodles in a sieve and rinse with room temperature water in the sieve and drain out the water completely.Lightly rub about a tablespoon of oil to the noodles to prevent them from sticking to each other. Keep aside till use.


- Take a pan..heat oil add 1 onion saute till light golden brown then add egg mix it and cook then add all the veggies,Keema,salt, vinegar, masala cook until well cooked all the veggies..then add noodles and mix it well..cook for few mins..


- Sprinkle black pepper powder, vinegar, green chillies and onion..serve with tomato sauce...
