- 1 cup chana flour
- 1 spoon green chilli ginger crused
- to taste salt
- 1/2 spoon citric acid
- 1 spoon sugar

- 1 tsp eno
- 2 spoon oil
- 1 tsp mustard seed
- 8-10 curry leaves
- 2 green chilli chopped
- as needed chopped coriander leaves
Steps to make Khaman
- Take a pot and put water inside and put it on the stove for boil the water.

- Take one mixing bowl add chana flour,crused green chilli,citric acid,salt,sugar mix well add slowly slowly water and make a batter.

- Take one pot apply oil in to put it in to boil water.cover it with lid.
- In batter add eno powder on u top add 1tspoon water mix well and pour in to hot oil based pot.cover it again with lid and let it cook up to 15 min.
- After 15 min switch off the stove and remove from inside and let it cool down,after that remove in to plate and cut it in to pieces,apply coriander leaves.
- On small kadai put oil and make it hot add,green chilli,curry leaves,musterd seed and let it cracker and off the stove.
- Pour this oil covered u khaman with coriander leaves.
- Ready khaman serve with tea and enjoy...
