- Mix rawa with curd and let it ferment for an hour.
- Now add salt and soda to the batter

- Cover the thali and let it steam for 10_12 mins or till done.
- Have a tooth pik test it should come out clean.
- Once done give tadka of mustard seeds green chillies and curry leaves.
- Spinkle sum red chillies (optional)
