- Mix all the ingredients of Besan batter and keep it aside
- Take boiled potatoes in a big bowl and mash.
- Add green chilli, grated ginger, Coriander and chilli powder, aamchur and chaat masala powder to it and mix well
- Now spread 1 tsp of green chutney over bread slices
- Spread prepared aloo over the chutney slice and cover with another slice
