- In cooker add ghee, mustard,jira,pepper,green chilli,red chilli and fry well.


- Add the garlic and onion.



- Add 1 spoon salt,Half spoon turmeric powder.

- Take the soaked red Gram and 1 cup of rice,add it to the cooker


- Since we have already soaked red gram in water,no need to add water separately for Red gram.Add 2 cups of water for one glass of Rice in cooker.
