- Heat ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds, 1-2 cinnamon stick, chopped ginger- and stir for 30-40 seconds. - Add roasted gram flour and cook on high flame for 2-3 minutes.



- Add boiled onion paste,. - Add boiled cashew nut paste and cook for a minute on medium flame. - Then add water with Fresh cream and mix well..Add fenugreek, and simmer on low flame for 30-40 seconds.



- Now add the Green Peas, boiled salt. - Mix well..
