- Boil the dal.boil it 80%.


- Chopped the onion, tomato,garlic and green chilli.

- Take a kadhi add desi ghee and jeera crackle it.Then add garlic cook it till golden brown then add onion and green chilli cook it till gloden brown then add tomato.



- Then add dry masala and water cook it few minute.

- Then add chana Dal and mix it properly.cook it on high flame for few minute. Then add dhainya leave and lemon juice.


- Garinsh with lemon and serve it.
