- Now maida paste should be thin like slurry and ready the bread crumbs, heat oil in a kadhai and flame should be med. Now dip the disk in slurry and roll on bread crumbs from all sides and fry in med low flame till golden brown or u can bake it also as 5 pm snacks it is best snack of bread tasty crunchy and yummy.
