- 3 medium raw potatoes
- 1/4 cup roasted peanuts
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp lemon juice

- Crispy Potato farali Sev as required to garnish
- Fresh curd as required
Instructions to make Sabudana-Batata Usal
- Wash and soak sabudana for 4-6 hours.

- Wash,p eel and grate potatoes in salty water. Soak for 10 mins. Strain and keep aside.

- Dry roast peanuts in Airfryer/ in cooking pan. Remove skin and crushed coarsely. Keep aside.
- In cooking pan add heat ghee and oil. Add cumin seeds as splutter add green chilli ginger paste. Saute for 30 seconds.

- Add grated potatoes strips. Saute constantly and cook till tender.

- Add roasted peanuts coarse powder and soaked sabudana. Add salt and lemon juice. Mix well. Cover with glass lid. Cook on slow flame for 5 minutes. Stirring in between.


- Serve Relish Delicious Sabudana -Potato Usal garnishing with farali potato sev and with fresh curd/ dahi.
