- 2 tbsp suji

- 1 green chilli chopped
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin and coriander powder
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp oil
- as required Oil
Instructions to make Gharevada
- In dhokla batter, add flour or suji, ginger paste, green chilli, salt, sugar, red chilli powder, cumin and coriander powder, oil and mix well. Keep for 5 mins.

- Heat appam pan and add drop of oil for each. Add spoon of batter and cover with lid keep on low to medium heat for 2-3 mins. Turn it and add a drop of oil in each appam. And keep open for 2 mins.



- Remove from pan and serve hot with garlic chutney, ketchup or sweet pickle.
