- First wash karela with full bucket of water adding with salt and wash thoroughly then keep aside


- Now cut karela finely chopped in round shaped


- Add curd and one tablespoon salt coriander leaves to the karela mix well keep aside for fifteen minutes
- After the time have passed squeezed it but not too much pressure is needed and keep the karela pieces to the another pot
- Put rice powder besan corn flour termaric powder red chilli powder kashmiri red chilli powder little salt to the karela
- Give it a good mix to the karela and keep aside
