Instructions to make Palak Aloo

  1. Wash and cut palak.Peel,wash and cut aloo in small pieces.
  2. Heat oil in kadhai add chopped tomatoes and cook for 1 mint.Add chopped aloo and cook.
  3. After 2 mint add chopped palak and mix well. After mix covered with lid. After 10 mint add all dry spices and mix well. Again covered with lid.
  4. After 15 mint off the flame and aloo palak ready to serve with roti,Parantha,naan etc.
