  1. Take bowl wash n put in pressure cooker for 3 whitsle cool it now in a pan add oil put jeera crakle them add pinch hing kadhi patta dry ll mirchi n pour boiled dal stir it add salt haldi Hari mirch stir continuously for few minutes now off the fleme n add fresh coriander
  2. For pakwan make tight dough with maida oil salt corn flour with water make equal portions of balls from dough n make thin Puri fry in oil till it's turn cruspy n pink colour
  3. Transfer to plate. Now arrange 1st take pakwan apply dal on pakwan then green chatny red lahsuni red chatny choup pyaz if you want khatty mithi chatny apply it then garnish with fresh coriander
