- Put the washed poha in a bowl, add curd, ginger-chilli paste, hing and salt. Mix well. Grind in a grinder if required, add water to make a medium thick batter of pouring consistency.
- Add fruit salt to the mixture and mix well till frothy and nearly double the quantity. Divide this into two portions and mix turmeric in one portion.
- Grease microwave proof dishes and pour the portions separately. Microwave, covered on high for 4-5 minutes. Check with a tooth pick and cool and unmould.
- Meanwhile heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. As they splutter, add curry leaves and switch off flame. Pour this tempering on the dhokla.
