- Pressure cook chana dal with turmeric powder,salt and enough water to cover it for 5 whistles


- Meanwhile take other bowl add maida,salt,4 tablespoon oil and carromseeds mix all ingredients very well and knead it to make soft dough


- Now flattened this dough and make whole in it with knife and deep fry in hot oil untill it's colour changes to golden brown on low flame.



- Now open the lid of pressure cooker mash dal, remove dal from cooker in bowl add raw mango powder,redchilli powder and tadka of cummin seed over dal.



- Dal pakwan is ready.Serve this with green coriander chutney and onion,it gives amazing taste
