- 300 gm minced chicken

- 11/2 cup water
- 1 inch cinnamon stick
- 1 bay leaf
- 2-3 cloves
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Gravy:
- 2 tbsp mustard oil or desi ghee
- 1 onion sliced(fried and puréed)
- 1 cup curd
- 1/2 tsp saunf powder
- 1/4 tsp sonth powder
- 1/4 tsp garam masala pow
- 1 tsp dried pudina powder
Instructions to make Gushtaba
- Grind keema in the mixer to a fine paste without adding water.Mix all ing under koftas well together.Shape into large size koftas or as desired.



- Heat 1 1/2 cup water in a pan along with salt,tejpatta,dalchini and laung.When it boils add the koftas.Cook fr about 20 min or till tender/cooked.






- Heat oil in a kadai.Add ghee & sliced onion.Fry till golden brown.Remove & grind to a fine paste with a little water.keep paste aside.
- In the same oil add well beaten curd,saunf,sonth,garam masala,mint & illaichi pow.Keep on low heat.Stir till it boils.
- Add onion paste,Mix well for a min.Add cooked koftas along with any water that is remaining.Cover and cook for 15-20 min.Serve garnished with fresh mint leaves.
