- as needed Tamarind Chutney
- to taste Green Chutney
- 8-10 Fried potatoes cubes
- to taste Chaat masala
- 1 cup Thick Curd
Steps to make Aloo Kachori Chaat
- Prepare the kachori dough and rest for 20 minutes.
prepare the stuffing by heating 2 tsp oil, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp coriander seeds and ½ tsp fennel. saute till it turns aromat. - Add 2 green chillies, ½ tsp ginger paste and saute for 30 seconds.
keeping the flame on low, add spices. - Now add 2 boiled potato and mashed potato, ½ tsp salt and mix well.

also add in tamarind chutney, green chutney, cumin powder, chilli powder, chaat masala and salt.
further top with fried potatoes slices. - Serve immediately.
