- Take moong daal and toor daal..add some water and keep for half and hour..take a cooker add oil than saute jeera..than add onions..let the onions be in brown in colour..than add ginger garlic paste, maggi cube,salt,green chillies,tomatoes,curry leaves,turmeric powder,garam masala powder saute well..add this daal with water..and wait till 3 whistle



- Than add coriander to it give it a mix and remove it in serving bowl



- Now take a pan add oil, add mustard seeds, fresh chopped garlic, chopped curry leaves,cinnamon clove, and red chilli powder..pour this tadka on daal mix it and serve hot..have it with chapati or rice
