- 3 inch Cinnamon stick

- Little Black stone flower
- 2 Green chilli (adjust according to taste)
- 1 big Onion
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 cup Carrots,chopped
- 1.5 cup Green peas
- 2 tbsp Curd/Yogurt, whisked well
- Salt needed
- 1/3 cup Coriander leaves chopped
- 1/2 cup Mint leaves chopped
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice(add according to taste)
- 4 cups Water

- Soak Rice. Add the spices mentioned in ingredients upto Green Chilli in Oil & Ghee. Fry for 2 mins

- Add thinly sliced onion, Salt & Ginger garlic paste. Fry until browned.


- Then add chopped Mint, Coriander leaves with chopped Carrots & Peas. Let it cook for 2 mins


- Add whisked curd/yogurt with lemon juice.

- Add Drained Rice & water. Adjust salt & cook for 1 whistle.


- Let the pressure release naturally. Yummy & Quick Biryani is done.
