Steps to make Mutton Paayy

  1. Add the paayy, ginger garlic paste, whole spices and 2 glass of water in handi.
  2. Cover with lid and cook on medium flame for 15 to 20 minutes.
  3. Add onion paste, tomato paste, oil and the all spices, mix well.cook on high flame for 5 minutes.
  4. Add 12 glasses water and cover.
  5. Cook on medium flame for 45 minutes,then add garam masala powder and mix.
  6. Serve hot with naan and rice.
