- Salt as per taste
- 3 onions
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp garam masala

- 1 tsp red chilli pow

- First remove the skin, wash and boil jimikand give only 2 whistles and in one strainer remove the jimikand

- Grind onions and tomatoes and make fine paste in pan add mustard oil and add this grind paste along with ginger garlic paste and all dry masalas

- Now when the boil jimikand cools down then in other pan take mustard oil and fry it


- When your masala is ready then add all fried jimikand in the masalas with little water and cover it and cook for 5 to 10 minutes


- Serve with paratha or chapati
