  24. Naan bread

Steps to make Brad's goat meatballs

  1. Grind the goat and bacon together using the fine plate on your meat grinder. Cover and chill in refrigerator for an hour. If using other meat, proceed to the next step.
  2. Mix together all of the ingredients for the meatballs. Mix very well. Recover and chill for another half hour
  3. Form into fairly large meatballs. A bit larger than a golf ball. Place on a broiler pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. You want them to brown well. Flip meatballs halfway through cooking.

  5. When meatballs are done, add them to the sauce. Toss to coat and simmer another 5-7 minutes.
  6. Plate meatballs and sauce. Garnish with cilantro and an egg. Serve with Naan bread that is browned on a griddle. Use it to sop up the sauce. Enjoy.
