  2. Add water in the mixture and mix it so well that no lump can form.
  3. Then cover the mixture and rest 30 mins
  4. After 30 mins add hot oil, baking powder and baking soda mix well.
  5. Grease a microsafe bowl with oil.
  6. Now add this mixture to the bowl.
  7. Put it in microwave for 5 mins on high power.
  8. After 5 mins check with a spoon if it comes out dry then the dhokla is ready
  9. Now for preparing the syrup, heat oil in a pan
  10. Oil is hot add mustard seeds, asafoetida, slit green chilli and curry leaves
  11. Fry for few seconds on low flame
  12. Then add little bit of salt, ½ cup of water and sugar
  13. Mix and boil it
  14. Sugar is dissolved then switch off the flame and remove the syrup
  15. Cut dhoklas into a square shape with a knife
  16. Pour the syrup to the dhokla
  17. Cool and serve dhokla with any type of chutney.
