- Melt 2 tbsp homemade ghee in a pan. Add 2 tbsp mawa or khoya, 2 cups milk & let the khoya melt. Add the rewdi mixture, 1 tsp cardamom powder, 1 cup sugar & mix well.
- Bring the mixture to a good boil. Add the flattened rice flour balls one by one & let them cook in the boiling mixture. Once cooked, garnish with some chopped cashew-nuts & pistachios. Serve hot or chilled.
