Instructions to make Kadhai keema
- Heat a kadhai add ghee, when ghee is hot add cloves and cinnamom, then add onion and saute them till it change a lit bit colour,then add ginger garlic paste, tomato saute them.



- Then add keema into it and saute till it change colour,then add curd and cover it with lid.Cook it for 10 mins.


- When keema is ready then add keema masala, red chilli powder, salt and mix it very well.

- Then garnish it with coriander, green chillii and cover it for 2 mins,keema is ready.Enjoy it.


- Tip:If u want a better taste of keema kadhai.Cook it with roast.
