- 1/2 tsp balckpepper powder
- 1/2 tsp turmericpowder
- 1 tsp redchilli powder
- 1/2 tsp aam chur powder
- As needed Oil as requered
- To taste salt
- 2 tbsp kasoori methi
Instructions to make BhindiBhurji
- Wash &Cut the bhindi thin slices.Heat a pan add sufficient oil,deep fry the bhindi.cut the onion small pieces.



- Like bhindi,deep fry the onion.Paneer&tomato also deep fry.Not toover fry.Transfer a plate.



- All fried veggies are transfer a seiver.Mix it &rest it some time to goout the oil.



- Heat a pan add 1tbsp oil add chopped garlic stir 1 mints.



- Add chopped greenchilli, & 2 tbsp kasoori methi.Stir 10 seconds.



- Add red chillipowder&turmeric powder mix it well.Add all fried veggies &all spices masala.Mix it well.cover it 2 mints.Off the gas.



- Add salt & mix it well.Bhindi bhurji is ready to serve with roti,chapati,or paratha.
