- Take ghee in a pan add jeera saute now add maida to it saute well,than add onion paste and mix well for a min.



- Now add marinated mutton to it,then add curd and paste of cashew nut and green chilli.Keep stirring welll.



- Now add salt and garam masala powder to it,add water and cover it with the lid and cook till the mutton is cook completely until becomes thick gravy.


- Now take a baking tray add mutton to it,sprinkle some coriander leaves,add tomatoes.



- Add the uncooked whisked egg to it in a pan add oil and ghee mix and pour it on uncooked eggs and keep in oven or microwave for 3 mins.Now it's done enjoy!
