  1. 100 grams Scrambled Cottage Cheese/ Paneer
  2. 2 finely chopped Onion
  3. 2 Tomato Puree formTomatoes
  4. 1 finely chopped Capsicum
  5. 1/2 tsp jeera (cumin)
  6. 1 Finely chopped Green chilli
  7. 1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  8. 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder/ Jeera powder
  9. 1/2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
  10. 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  11. 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder/ Dhaniya Powder
  12. 1/4 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  13. 1/4 tsp Amchur Powder
  14. 1/4 tsp Kitchen King Masala Powder (Optional)
  15. to taste Salt
  16. 2 tsp Oil
  17. 2 tsp Chopped Coriander leaves/ Dhaniya patta

Steps to make Paneer Bhurji

  1. Heat a pan and add 2 tsp Oil. Once oil is hot add Cumin seeds and chopped green chilli. Saute for few seconds
  2. Once Cumin seeds turn dark brown add chopped onion. Saute till the onions become soft and become golden brown.
  3. Further add ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and cumin powder. Mix and cook till masala are cooked with onions.
  4. After 2 minutes add tomato puree. Mix well, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. After 5 minutes add, chopped capsicum. Cook capsicum only for few seconds as capsicum taste best when a bit crunchy.
  6. Further add scrambled paneer, garam masala, kitchen king masala, salt and amchur powder. Mix gently and cover and cook only for 2 minutes. Do not over cook more after adding paneer otherwise paneer will become hard and chewy.
  7. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  8. Serve hot with phulka, Naan, Tandoori Roti of your choice or use in filing of sandwich/ wrap. ENJOY!!!
