  2. Dry roast coariander seeds, cumin seeds, pigeon pea dal,fry red chilli,curry leaves till aroma comes out.make fine powder.this is rasam powder
  3. Now put cooked dal in Deep pan,add Jaggary, Red chilly powder,salt, turmeric powder give one boil add rasam powder 2 tspoon.again Boil for five minutes.
  4. Heat tadaka pan add oil once heat add cumin seeds and curry leaves.pour it on rasam. Enjoy hot rasam with steamed rice and papad.
