Ingredients and spices that need to be Take to make Kadhai Paneer:
- 2-3 cloves Garlic
- 2 Medium : onion roughly chopped
- 1 medium : Tomato chopped
- 8-10 Cashews
- 2 tbsp Plain Curd
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Ginger paste
- 1 tsp Green Chilli
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tbsp Ghee / oil
- 1 cup Cubed Paneer
- 1/4 cup onion chopped
- 1-2 tsp kasturi methi
Instructions to make Kadhai Paneer
- In a pressure cooker, add all above except paneer and ghee. Cook for 2-3 whistles.
- Let the mix cool down and then blend it into fine paste.
- Now in a thick bottom pan, add Ghee and then add paste.
- Cook untill the it gets dry and ghee seperates the pan. It will take roughly 10-12 mins.
- Now add 1 cup water and mix well. Let it boil.
- Now add cubed paneer and crushed kasturi methi.
- Serve hot with Roti, Naan, Paratha.
