- Take a broad pan heat oil and roast fox nuts. Take out in a plate. Cut cashewnuts and almond in two pieces.


- Now in same oil crackle cuminseeds add asofoetida curry leaves crushed pepper saute,add peanuts chana gram cashewnuts and almond kismiss saute properly. Add all masala salt mix well.

- Now add murmure. Toss all mixture. Add roasted fox nuts toss 4-5on mid to slow flame, so all masala mix well.Turn off flame add sugar powder chaat masala and citric acid. Mix and serve.
