- Take a pan add chopped tomatoes and add 3-cup water, mix well and cook for 15-minutes. Keep aside to cool.


- Heat oil in a pan, add cloves, cinnamon and cardamom and saute on a medium flame for a few seconds.


- Add onion paste and cook for 2-3 minutes.

- Add tomatoe puree, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.


- Add salt, sugar and cream, mix well and cook for 1-minutes.


- Add Coriander and cook for medium flame for 1-minutes.

- Add fried potatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes.

- Garnish with Coriander and serve hot with parathas.
